Matt i was interested in your talk about pacing your workout so we keep going - did i understand you correctly?
In say 15 sec you would much rather us do say 4 thrusters without a break rather than do 4 fast and have a 7 sec rest - ie find the correct pace so you can keep going with minimal (or no) rest.

Danny, Matt, Rob, Ian, Bdog, Cassius, Jesse & Doug – I wish I could take you with me home; I’m sure crossfit Copenhagen would cherish a competitor!! I’m really going to miss the 6&7PM crew too. I wish I could have met the morning crews, but being a lazy student by nature, I’m afraid that wasn’t an option!
