Fogot to add, Thanks Matt for the tip on Double Unders, I had only ever done 1 previously after coaching from Drummond about 3 weeks ago and couldn't replicate!! 5 sets of 10 this time felt amazing albeit about 600 attempts to get the 50 out!! I am stoked!! PB
