10K run 1h5m - legs very heavy after doing Sat wod with all lower body sub's ! - but Lota Wynnum return run route great as always.

I did a few Cross fit work out at a gym yesterday.
Wed's WOD :
40kg SDHP
15 pushups
17 rounds.
15mins rest
then,,
1000m Interval triaining:
Maximum speed on a treadmill (20k/hr) 100 on and off 10times.(2k total)
then,, 5 mins rest,
I made a just fun WOD with an ABs Wheel that I bought
21-18-15-12-9 reps abs wheels
50-40-30-20-10 Double Under
9:20.
Those all were fun and enjoyed myself
