G'day all
Well, it is Friday here for us. I am modifying the WOD for the Marines for a combat conditioning drill in our Martial Arts class.
50 tire jumps
50 squats
50 jump pulls
25 flack jacket push press
25 sit to stands(like a smoke jumpers core exercise sit up then stand and back down with partner)
25 flack jacket swings
50 walking lunges
25 dips
50 traveling high knee tucks(inplace of double unders)
25 burpees
10 mount countering drills for ground fighting
Then we ground spar as a group
