“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ”

Liz, Virgil and Anna have suggested a road trip to the "Clash on the Coast" at CrossFit Coastal. The idea is to hire a bus and make a day of it. To make it viable, they need 30 people. If you are interested, please contact Virgil via email virgil@endless.net.au
Please note that the gym will be closed this weekend due to the Olympic Lifting Certification seminar that we are hosting. As a result there will be no sessions on Saturday the 28th November.
We apologise for any inconvenience, and will be posting a workout that you can do at home or in the park for that day.
