Max rep attempt ends when the bar is lowered from the shoulders or racked.
*People new to overhead lifting will do this workout using press

hey CFB,
did tuesday team WOD with 4 man team, so no rest for any of us in this one. modified to 15 minutes for time and completed 2 full rounds and started 3rd when time went off. our full rounds were when the first lunger was back to the lunge station for 1 round.
great stuff. legs are paying
as for the caption,

:O the spelling of my name has been written incorrectly :( haha. I hit a PB of 40 when before it was 15 which I'm happy about. During the continuous reps round on the 50% I tended to push up on my toes when I was getting tired which was frustrating me...

The saying maybe true that "whiteman can't jump", but I'll tell you what Taz, you should see me fly!!!.....
I'm all push pressed out after this morning...felt I had no strength to push on hence the 2 failures @ 90kg but the beauty about CrossFit is there's always tomorrows WOD.
Something tells me after a conversation with Matt this morning that Hand Stand Push Ups are looming in a WOD soon.....haha!!! Awesome work Anna....Awesome!!!
