Ok, not sure how long the run was as I did the workout while the kids and I were at the park. Running through mud, prickles and bull ant in bare feet. So I made sure it was long enough to hurt as I know Danny would have said my run was too short. As a final result
5 Rounds and 35 Chins. The best part was having my 5 year old daughter count the reps and say come on 2 more, then yell go, go, go as I started my run.
My god she was all over me pushing me to do more. She is evil very evil.

6x 400m / 6x 20 push ups (120) + 20 mins
(no pull up facility close to oval)
then walked home in the pouring rain with the kids while playing in the overflowing gutters

Last Time I did 6/39. Shame I didnt beat it!!

7 rounds 70 pulls ups on my new door frame chin up bar :-) can't quite get a Kip but was good workout anyway
