Tried for the 10k run today since I've never done it. Still got the better of me due to technical difficulties with my glasses slipping off every 50m or so. Ran 6k before it became too irritating and then walked the rest. 1h 15 mins.

I did v ups on a footy oval as I couldn't reach the crossbar on the posts :-)
