Was having a look back through the annals as I had no idea of my PB for back squat 7x3’s. The last time I did this WOD was in May last year and today I beat my previous PB by 10kg so very happy. Thanks Shaun, Rob, Bill, Paul and others from the A Team (5am crew) for getting me through as my last rep took me about 20 seconds to stand up.
Also well done on another PB Sonny!! To still be ripping out PB’s as frequently as you do after a year in the box is a great effort. Last but not least well done Michael “Tootsie” Towner on getting your first, second and third MU’s yesterday you bloody unit.

I'm sure the trainers at Crossfit Brisbane must think that I'm retarded...
For months Danny has been saying "move your feet wider apart and keep your knees out", and every time I do a squat I look like Scooby Doo and Shaggy!
Mat has been through the same thing...with deadlifts. It took a video camera to get through to me that your back needs to be tight! And with Chris it was handstand push ups and pistols. Clay already knew this from teaching me BJJ.
I thought I should let you know I have had a "moment of clarity" today...
Ignore trainers and continue doing it your way = crap time and poor pb and feelings of despair :-(
Listen to trainers and follow their advice = quicker times, heavy ps and a feeling that you might even be able to do better next time :-)

Wow! Awesome lifts today :-) Mon, I couldn't catch you. Well done on your PB, but think I am even more impressed by Emma and Amy holding close to 70 across 6 sets. You girls are going to wipe the floor at sectionals.
Bec C - loved the light in your eyes as you approached and then surpassed body weight - fantastic job! Bel, as always lovely training with you - and well done on your PB too.
Lachlan, glad you have finally started your journey. Was stoked to see you there this evening :-)
