Oh man 1RM dead lift Friday I've been waiting to see what my new 1RM PB will be... might have to get away from Golf as early as possible

I hear you Sharif. I had planned on a day off having already done 2 training and 3 gym sessions this week. But I cant resist an opportunity to test the increasing strength in my back.

Craig - Started with an 8km pack march and then dropped the 1RM x 7. Start 120, finished with a PB of 190........yeah
