Getting Started

  • Starting is really easy ... you do not need to be fit or know anything about CrossFit.

Step 1 is to click on "Want to Start", or give us a call or drop us an email to let us know that you are interested,

Step 2 is once you have registered we will call you and discuss a time to book you in for your first Intro session.

Step 3 is to complete your intro sessions and then join the group sessions when you are ready.

If you are new to CrossFit, we will take it easy at the beginning and hold back the intensity until you get used to the training. Our experienced coaches will adapt the program to your individual circumstance, taking into account any injuries and your current level of conditioning.

All you need is a positive attitude. There are no excuses, get started today!

Fitness in 100 words

  • “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ”

Great lifting Nikki! 10kg on your PB is awesome!

My legs were (actually still are) on fire after the tabata finisher! I've never done more than 17 in a set before for Tabata squats (the last couple of times I've been able to hold at that number). Today managed 21,21,19,19,19,19,17,16. Jimmy I know I was short for a couple in the middle sets, but I'm confident that the first two sets were rxd. Matt, I take back what I said - it does indeed get harder!

The tabata finisher seemed manageable enough at the time and I felt fine... that is until I walked up the stairs to get into the shops, hello wobble town... then coming back down the stairs hello there it is again.
