Fitness in 100 words

  • “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ”

Hey Crazy Ross I think you seriously added up wrong. Your lifts to me should have been around 4225. Thats worked at the 3 x 80 and 1 x 90 plus 1 x 92.5 which I watched you lift. I know you had a couple of near lifts and fails, but I was sure they were at higher weights.

Whitey

CrazyRoss

Hey, matt thanks for the comment. What I calculated is that I just added 3 rounds for 80kg and 1 round for 85kg and then last one I tried lifting 85kg but failed and also failed 80kg again. therefore, I calcurated successful 4 rounds (800+800+800+850=3250).

Well, I never lifted 90kg and 92.5kg. Thanks for considering me, Matt the big man!!
