Here is a WOD that you can do in the park. If you don't have access to a pullup bar, substitute situps.
“Murph”
For time:-
1600m run
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 squats
1600m run
Partition
the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a
mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Nicole N 44.42 (50 push ups then push ups on knee's and jump chins).
Completed in the rain and loved it...come on rest day.

Took 1 hour and 5 minutes. This may sound like the workout lacked intensity but it honestly became a fight for survival. I am buggered.
