If you cannot do a Muscleup, we will be working progressions and teaching how to get one. You may substitute 4 dips and 4 pullups for 1 muscleup, or work a scaled version of the Muscleup as the movement for the workout. If you have completed this workout previously rx'd, attempt it with full extension and turnout of the wrists at the bottom of each Muscleup for increased challenge.
