Getting Started

  • Starting is really easy ... you do not need to be fit or know anything about CrossFit.

Step 1 is to click on "Want to Start", or give us a call or drop us an email to let us know that you are interested,

Step 2 is once you have registered we will call you and discuss a time to book you in for your first Intro session.

Step 3 is to complete your intro sessions and then join the group sessions when you are ready.

If you are new to CrossFit, we will take it easy at the beginning and hold back the intensity until you get used to the training. Our experienced coaches will adapt the program to your individual circumstance, taking into account any injuries and your current level of conditioning.

All you need is a positive attitude. There are no excuses, get started today!

Fitness in 100 words

  • “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ”

I really want to do, my condition is not very well though, because of today's workout.

I am thinking about whether or not to smash it.

Brad

Thanks for the intesting link.

Isnt this another example of our health care industry looking for pill they can sell as a quick fix (read big profits) so people can continue to over-consume and not take responibility for their health by making simple but hard choices like turning off the tv and going for a walk.

Sure go eat another bag of donuts then take our pill (from now till you die) and you will be fine. Such a pity our culture sees over-consumption of resources as a birthright and show of affluence. Bring back the values of the generation prior to the baby-boomers thanks :-)

Ok time for me to jump of the cereal box (paleo/zone cereal of course)and head off to work, I know I am among the converted here but sorry about the rant!
