In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Session Times:- We will be running the WOD in normal sessions times on Friday for anyone competing in the open for fun. If you are a serious competitor (ie attempting to qualify) complete your WOD during one of the following times:-
Friday 7-8am, 12-1pm, 4-5pm Saturday 9.30am-12pm

The lease is signed and we are full steam ahead preparing our new building to be the next home of CrossFit Brisbane. We are moving 3 doors down the street to 47 Clarence St. The building is 750 sq metres which is double the size of our exisiting facility! We take possession on the 1 June and will be fully operational in the new box on 1 August 2011. There is a lot of work to do, but we are so excited ... it is going to be a very cool place to train!
