Let's enter a sprint Triathlon as a fun social activity! The main concept behind CrossFit is that you should be ready for any fitness challenge at any time ... we are training for whatever life can throw at you! So let's put it to the test and get as many people as possible entering into this event. It will be a heap of fun. It is a short course format consisting of a 400m swim, 15k bike and 4klm run on a flat course out at Raby Bay.
Gatorade Queensland Triathlon Series
Event 6, 24th February, Raby Bay
Here is the link to the entry form and event details ....
We are going to organise some pool sessions between now and the event to help anyone that has trouble with swimming. Technique makes a huge difference, so if you are a poor swimmer, this is your chance to improve a skill.
Luck favours the brave ... who is in?

Sorry, just looking at registration page.
Is everyone going in one of the open categories or should I do M20-24?

Anyone else having trouble registering? It won't let me select an age group but then gives me a error. Tried in Internet Explorer and firefox
