Our Team

    We have an awesome team of trainers that specialise in coaching CrossFit. We believe that CrossFit coaching is very different to Personal Training or Bootcamp, so we only employ trainers that are dedicated to the CrossFit method, and that have the necessary skills and experience to effectively coach CrossFit in a group environment. Importantly, we believe that CrossFit trainers should lead by example. Our trainers are seasoned CrossFitters and are expected to “walk the walk”.

Our Gym

    Located at 47 Clarence St, Coorparoo, our gym is a 100% purpose built CrossFit training facility. We have 750 square metres of space, 100m of pullup bars, olympic lifting platforms, bars, bumpers, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbells, rings and many other CrossFit toys! The environment is different to a commercial gym. We have chalk, we make noise, we know everyone by name, we sweat, we strain, we laugh and we train hard. We have an awesome Coffee Shop and a very social membership base. It is a great place to be a part of.

Fitness in 100 words

  • “Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports. ”
