Tracking your results is essential to getting ongoing success as a CrossFit athlete. We use BeyondTheWhiteboard (BTWB) to track gym wide results. It is a great app that allows you to compare your results to what you have done previously, as well as to other in the gym and around the world. Importantly, the app will also keep track of your best performances and numbers for all of your lifts.

2. Sign up for an account
Sign-up for an account and select CrossFit Brisbane as your gym. We pay the subscription on your behalf, so while you are a current member of the gym there will be no charge for your BTWB account. Here is a link to create an account https://beyondthewhiteboard.com
3. Start logging your workouts!
Prepare for your training session by reviewing previous results, and then once the workout is completed log your results. BTWB will chart your progress and track your PBs automatically. Stay connected with how your friends are tracking and share success. We post the daily WOD and competition training to BTWB so you don't have to create the workouts, they will already be there for you to simply enter in your results. Make sure you follow the "CrossFit Brisbane WODs" and "Competition Training" tracks to be able to see the workouts.
