Please note that due to the forecast of severe weather and potential flooding, all classes are cancelled this afternoon (Thursday, 30/3/2017). At this stage there is no risk to the gym, despite a lot of water in the adjacent areas, but we have taken the precaution in accordance with the State Government's recommendation that businesses close to keep people off the roads.
Normal classes will resume from 5am Friday morning. Stay safe!
Please note the updated class schedule effective Tuesday 3/1/2017. The changes affect the afternoon classes. Monday to Thursday afternoon classes will be 5pm and 6pm, and on Friday there will be a 5pm class only. Open gym times in the afternoon will be 4-5pm each day and also 5-6pm on Friday in parallel with the class. The schedule change has been based on feedback and looking at class attendance.
We are taking a different approach with the Death Alley Barbell Club this year. There will no longer be a DABC class on Friday afternoon, it is being replaced by a CrossFit Group class. The DABC memberships will be cancelled. Anyone wishing to still lift on Friday night can still do so in the Open gym time, and those wanting to lift on the platform competitively can work with Alana individually.

Please note that the classes on Saturday 24/12/2016 will be the last for the year. The gym will be closed from Sunday 25th December to Monday 2 January 2017 inclusive, with normal classes resuming on Tuesday, 3 January 2017.
The evening class times will be changing in 2017 to 5pm and 6pm with open gym remaining at 4pm. The 30min time adjustment will cater for those that need to trainer earlier in the afternoon, whilst also taking on board feedback that the 6:30pm class was too late.
It has been an amazing year, please enjoy the break, and get outside and use your hard-earned fitness. During the break we will continue to post WODs that you can do in the park or your backyard.
