"Intro" sessions are times when we are running beginner CrossFit Group sessions for new members. "Open" sessions are times where existing members are also welcome to use the gym as "Open Gym" time to practice skills, or catchup on a WOD. There will be coaches on deck to help with anything that you are working on, or to answer questions etc.
All Sessions are conducted at our purpose built facility located at 47 Clarence St, Coorparoo QLD 4151
