Hey all,

Monday did the WOD 70kg for final round and di 1,2,3,4,5 strict muscle ups.

Today, my Tuesday finished the WOD in 13:25 great way to start my day before firing on the rifle range.

Can't wait until tomorrow to tackle this WOD for Wednesday.

Life is great with my wife home.
