1st day of cert 1....great day, excellent demo's. Finished with Fran...I must say having Matt there to call the reps really put me in my place (I think I completed near on 10 extra pull ups due to poor form). So I will say, first proper Fran for me 5.36 rxd. Now I just need to learn how the hell to kip.
