Did first session in about 5 weeks on Friday. Managed 10 rounds of Cindy before weakness overcame resolve and thankfully time ran out. Combined with 2 hrs MTB on Sat I'm now so sore that when I move at night I actually wake myself up. Feels good to get the first one back out the way.


This might be old news but has commando steve pulled out of the CF games? His name isnt on the list of competitors?


Apparently out with a knee injury- well that is bad news :(


Steve has been battling a knee injury for a while and despite pushing hard to be ready for the games it was not to be. As you can imagine, it was quite a devastating decision to withdraw. No doubt he will be back with a vengeance next year.
