There are so many pbs and new crossfitters working out!! I miss you guys all!!

Well,, I am doing crossfit at FF some times by myself,
It is pain in the ass!!

staff from FF look at me to strict my wods for corssfit. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!
anyway,, I did 2 wods today.

21 to 3 reps for time of
overhead squats 42.5kg (I thought that was rxd)
burpees

then, took a little bit rest

did "jackie"

It has been long time since I did two wods a day
Also I am looking forward to the Hard'nup Challenge!!
