Thankyou to everyone that supported the 2010 Hardn'up Challenge. What a great day! 220 competitors, 30 staff, at least 500 spectators and fantastic weather. The venue was everything that we hoped for and no doubt we will see more CrossFit events held at the Velodrome!
Congratulations to the following people:-
Male Champion - Shane Greer
Female Champion - Anna Smee
Best Male Novice - Michael MacLennan
Best Female Novice - Jacqui Williams
Spirit of the Games Award - Mim Leece
We are in the process of organising the prizes, and will send them out shortly.
The male and female champions will receive a $200 cash prize and a Full TriggerPoint kit from the event sponsor TP Therapy (www.tptherapy.com.au).
The male & female novice award winners and spirit of the games award winner will each receive a $50 cash prize and a Grid from TP Therapy
We are pleased to have TP Therapy on board as the event sponsor. The TriggerPoint products are fantastic and we believe an essential piece of kit for CrossFitters. If you competed on the day, you were given a voucher with a 20% discount. There were some issue with the discount code, but they have now been resolved and the discount has been extended until this weekend (28/8/2010), so there is still time to take advantage of it.
Photos and video of the day will be posted shortly, we are still sorting and editing.
