Session Times:-
We will be running the WOD in normal sessions times on Friday for anyone competing in the open for fun. If you are a serious competitor (ie attempting to qualify) complete your WOD during one of the following times:-
Friday 7-8am, 12-1pm, 4-5pm
Saturday 9.30am-12pm
