At home today on toddler duty..

I got 3 chairs. One for my feet and one or each hand, and arranged them so I could do push ups on them. The chairs allowing me to get lower than if I was on the floor.

I did
5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5 Pushups.

Not the same as a benchpress, but way better than nothing and found the last few sets quite tough.

Re the cardio challenge, how do I get a login to add my time? When I click the link it asks me for a login to @swiftonline.com???
