The following link is like the Callus Shaver that I got. There are all different types if you google them, but the one I got was the most basic one and came with 100 spare blades. Chris Teft told be about them. They are great because you can really target the callus without getting the good skin around it. They also cost bugger all.

Great training session this afternoon by our Affiliate Cup Team. The team took on the reserves and both groups went really well. They tackled a 2 round workout of:
70 Thrusters 70kg/47.5kg
50 Chest to Bar pull ups
100m partner carry (everyone must carry and be carried)
The reps could be divided any way they wanted but only one team member working at a time.
Our team leaves for the Regionals in less than 3 weeks. We wish them all the best. They will be training again on Saturday at 9:30am if you want to watch them.
