Rest Day!! - Sunday, 31/7/2011
Congratulations to Feng, Lily and Doug for placing in the Bayside Challenge on Saturday. Feng and Lily placed 1st and 3rd respectively in the womens event, and Doug placed 3rd in the mens. Natan and Alana also made the finals, which is an outstanding effort. Thankyou to CrossFit Northside for hosting a great event. CrossFit Brisbane was well represented, well done to everyone that competed, especially those that competed for the first time. It was great to see the competition squad firing!

Update about the showers ...
Please note that we no longer have access to the showers in the old building. We are currently working on a plan to get showers installed in the new building, but have hit some snags, and it is likely to be at least a couple more months before they are operational. We apologise for the inconvenience. We will keep you updated on progress, but for the time being, if you use the showers please make alternate arrangements. Thanks for your understanding.
