2011 was an amazing year for CrossFit Brisbane. New premises, lots of new faces, the launch of our Comp Squad and a visit from the Bozmans. 2012 promises to be even bigger and better! The CrossFit Brisbane community is awesome .... thankyou for your continued support.

30 second Chin over bar hold
To be a legitimate L-sit hold, heels must be at least at hip height with legs straight and together
