The workout for Open WOD 12.4 is:-
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (20lbs to 10' target/14lbs to 9' target)
Using "a 45lb bar equals a 20kg bar" as a guide, we have determined that the most realistic medicine ball conversion for 20lb/14lb is 9kg/6kg. However, CrossFit Brisbane has always used 10kg/6kg and given that is the equipment that we have, we will be using 10kg/6kg for the 12.4 WOD. If you have your own 9kg ball you are welcome to bring it in and use it for the WOD.
If you have your own skipping rope, please bring it in.
