Finisher
With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:-
DB Pushup, 3 reps
DB Renegade Row, 3 reps per side
DB Deadlift, 3 reps
DB Hang Power Clean, 3 reps
DB Push Press, 3 reps
One person completes a round while the other rests and then swap. Use heaviest weight that you can handle for the renegade rows
