Mate you come first and I know I speak for all CFB members you are one of the best people in our world you encourage and support everyone of us
I know this decision would have been one of great emotion and extensive thought
You are a champion and great coach regardless of this, we will support and give you all the respect and support you deserve
I know over the next year you will come back better than ever and I look for award to hopefully training with you and becoming a better crossfitter and hopefully being by your side when the games come around again

A bit of bad luck with the injury but all the best for a speedy recovery!! The WODs looked like they were right down your alley too!! Look forward to getting back in the gym and preparing as a first time Master's competitor for next years Open!
