The gym is now closed for the annual holiday break and will reopen on 2 January 2018. The last two weeks of programming was challenging and there has been a lot of heavy barbell. Take this week to de-load and fully recover, ready to hit it hard in the New Year. Your body will thank you for taking a week off lifting. Here is a workout that you can do in the park if you want to train. Find somewhere with a pull-up bar and have fun with it!
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
15 Air Squats
Take advantage of the de-load week and let your body rest. If you want to train and have access to equipment, this is the suggested additional work. Keep loads moderate and work technique.
