10 (L) Turkish Get-ups, 20kg (15kg)
20 GHD Sit-ups
10 (R) Turkish Get-ups, 20kg (15kg)
[B] 3 Position Clean
The three positions are Hang Above Knee, Hang Below Knee and Floor. Rest 3 mins between attempts.
