CrossFit Kids is the complete CrossFit program, geared and designed for children and teenagers and the specific developmental needs of those age groups. Our program is broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play specialised sports. They will learn to do all these things with a focus on good movement mechanics and good fun. Not only that, research indicates exercise is beneficial to cognitive function. Consistent engagement with the programme can positively impact on children’s academic achievement.
CrossFit Kids Classes
CrossFit Brisbane Kids
- Ages 8 - 12years
- 40 min class
- Class schedule, during school terms only:
- Tuesday 3:30pm - 4:10pm
- Friday 3:30pm – 4:10pm
- Term fee is:
- 1 session/week
- 1st child - $150
- 2nd child - $125
- 3rd & additional children - $110
- 2 sessions/week
- 1st child - $250
- 2nd child - $215
- 3rd & additional children - $190
- Family discount for additional children in the same family, as per above prices
CrossFit Brisbane Kids classes run in parallel with school terms. There are no classes on Public Holidays.
CrossFit Teens Classes
CrossFit Teens Brisbane
- Ages 13-17yrs
- Class Schedule:
- Monday 4:00pm - 4:45pm
- Wednesday 4:00pm - 4:45pm
- Thursday 3:45pm - 4:45pm
- Special Saturday class multiple times each year
- CrossFit Brisbane Teens classes run all year, except for public holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year when the gym is closed. Membership fees have been structured to take these closures into account.
Teen Membership Options
- Crossfit Teens Monthly membership - $110 per calendar month
- CrossFit Teens 10 session pass - $150
10% Family discount for additional children in the same family
Fees can be paid by cash, EFTPOS or bank transfer.
Monthly membership can be put on hold for school holidays if Teens are going away.

Can I start part way through a Term?
If there are vacancies available, Kids can start part way through the term. Pro-rata fees will be applied.
Should my 12 year old go in the Kids or the Teens class?
Key factors in Kids having a life-long love of activity are friendship, fun and a feeling of competence. Check with your trainer as to which group would best suit your child. Both classes adjust the challenges to suit each child so that he or she will continue to develop.
