Forging the Future of Fitness, with Kids 8yrs to 17yrs
CrossFit Kids is the complete CrossFit program, geared and designed for children and teenagers and the specific developmental needs of those age groups. Our program is broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play specialised sports. They will learn to do all these things with a focus on good movement mechanics and good fun.

Kids Session Times
CrossFit Kids Brisbane classes run in parallel with school terms. There are no classes on Public Holidays.
- Term 1, 2017 - Jan 23rd - March 31st
- Term 2, 2017 - April 18th - June 23rd
- Term 3, 2017 - July 10th to Sept 15th
- Term 4 2017 - Oct 3rd to Dec 8th
- Tuesday 4:00pm - 5:00pm
- Thursday 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Kids Training Fees
Training Fees are paid per term and are due by the second week of Term. There are no classes on Public Holidays. Term Fees are adjusted accordingly
- Crossfit Teens 1 session per week - $150
- CrossFit Teens 2 sessions per week - $250
Additional children in the same family receive a 10% discount on Term Fees.
Fees can be paid by cash, EFTPOS or bank transfer.

Can I organise a payment plan for my Term Fees?

Can I start part way through a Term?
If there are vacancies available, Kids can start part way through the term. Pro-rata fees will be applied.
Should my 13 year old go in the Kids or the Teens class?
Key factors in Kids having a life-long love of activity are friendship, fun and a feeling of competence. Check with your trainer as to which group would best suit your child. Both classes adjust the challenges to suit each child so that he or she will continue to develop.
