Within the first session we will explain and you will then experience the CrossFit methodology, and we’ll evaluate your current level of fitness. You can do this solo, or bring along a friend, and you can do it together!
Fundamentals Programme - You will be prepared for the group classes.
You will start your CrossFit Journey with a series of one-on-one and/or small group training sessions. The Fundamentals Package incorporates 3 sessions (with the first being free), your first month's membership and a CrossFit Brisbane shirt. Your first month's membership will begin at the completion of the 3 Fundamentals sessions. By the end of your sessions, you will have become familiar with 30-40 CrossFit movements, including some Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, gymnastics and rowing skills. You will also learn about mobility, injury prevention, recovery, and nutrition. You can be assured you will be stepping into group classes well prepared, instead of being dropped into the deep end. Should you require further sessions, they are at an additional cost of $20/session.
Experienced CrossFitter Introductory Session – Your first session is free.
Already a CrossFitter? That’s awesome. We want to get to know you one-on-one first, then we’ll introduce you to our classes. Should a one-one-one/small group session be required for movement development, this will be at an additional cost of $20/session.
