CrossFit Kids and Teens at CFB is more than a workout. It's where kids learn how to move properly, get strong for their age, make real friends, and build a foundation they'll take into every sport, every classroom, and every stage of life that comes next.
The intensity is dialled in. The fun is what drives it. The benefits are what they take home.
Fun First. Standards Always. We use games, skills, teamwork, and smart progressions to help kids build confidence without treating them like small adults.
What Your Kid Gets Out Of It
Benefits That Leave The Gym With Them.
01
Confidence That Shows Up Everywhere.
Lifting something they couldn't lift last month, learning a new skill, finishing a workout in front of their friends - these wins stack up. That confidence walks home with them and shows up at school, on the sports field, and in how they carry themselves.
02
Friends And Teammates, Not Just Classmates.
Kids train alongside other kids, cheer each other on, and partner through workouts that only work if they show up for each other. The community is not a side-effect - it's part of the program.
03
Movement Done Right.
Squat, push, pull, run, jump, climb. We teach the fundamental movement patterns with light or no load, age-appropriate progressions, and games that make learning stick.
04
A Foundation That Lasts.
Strong, capable kids perform better in sport, sleep better, focus better, and grow into adults with a healthy relationship to exercise. We're not training them for the next event - we're setting them up for the next 50 years.
Off Screens. Into Structure. Around Good People.
Kids get an hour where they are moving, listening, trying, laughing, and learning how to use their body well.
Is It Safe?
Yes. Because It Is Coached For Kids.
Light loads or no load at all while kids learn how to move well first.
Technique comes before intensity, and the intensity is scaled to where each kid is right now.
Games and progressions replace grinding workouts, especially with younger kids.
Coaches guide the room, set clear standards, and keep the environment positive and age-appropriate.
We have years before any of them needs to push hard, and we use that time the way it should be used.
Age-Appropriate Groups
The Program Adapts As Kids Grow.
