Kids and Teens
CrossFit Kids and Teens is the complete CrossFit program, geared and designed for children and teenagers and the specific developmental needs of those age groups. Our program is broad, general, and inclusive.
Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play specialised sports. They will learn to do all these things with a focus on good movement mechanics and good fun. Not only that, research indicates exercise is beneficial to cognitive function. Consistent engagement with the programme can positively impact on children’s academic achievement.
Ages 8 – 12
40 Minute Class
1 Session Per Week
- 2nd child – $125
2 Sessions Per Week
- 2nd child – $215
CrossFit Brisbane Kids classes run in parallel with school terms. There are no classes on Public Holidays.
Ages 13 – 17
45-60 Minute Class
10 Session Pass
- 10% discount for additional children in family
Crossfit Brisbane Teens classes run throughout the year. There are no classes on Public Holidays.
