At home WOD:

[A] Bulgarian Split Squat
10-8-6-4 per leg
Hold load at chest and increment each set if possible

[B] Single arm Overhead Squat
10-8-6-4 per arm
Work to the lowest range you can manage with good form

[C] Turkish Getup
Use the heaviest object you can for each set

Superset A, B & C
Rest 3 mins between supersets.
