For 3 cycles:

AMRAP in 5 mins of:
200m Kettlebell Farmers Carry, 24/16 kg
then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
5 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg

Rest 2 mins between each cycle.
For each cycle begin with the buy-in and restart the AMRAP
